We are Donald and Jane. We met in Vermont and knew immediately that is where we feel most at home. We have made it our mission to purchase buildings in need of love and attention and embark on the process of renovating them to our standards. Creating beautiful and good quality spaces in an environmentally safe and affordable way is our goal. Our employees, Tom, John, Eli and Andrew help us renovate, manage and maintain our buildings in Johnson, Burlington, Winooski and Richford. And thanks to Douglas for helping us with showings in Burlington!
We have both EMP and RRP certification; these are required to renovate and repair buildings older than 1978 that could contain lead paint. We are also a certified pest control company, ready to do both chemical and heat treatments in our own buildings. We encourage tenants to let us know immediately if they suspect any problem with a pest in their apartment. We also do our own plowing, lawn care, excavation, and road repair. So, we are not at the mercy of the schedules of contractors, just our own growing list of projects that we want to do for current and future tenants.
